Miss Ava Eames Mulder
born Saturday, April 7th, 2007 at 4:23pm
to Mitch and Natalie Mulder
7 pounds 12 ounces, 20 inches long
Can you tell her Daddy is a designer? Yeah. My gig of back up singing dowtown was cut short Saturday night by a phone call saying, “She’s here.” Curt’s/Mitch’s parents are in San Diego. Nat’s mom just arrived in Florida. Curt’s/Mitch’s sister and fam was on the way back from Florida. Everyone was gone on vacation. We weren’t expecting Baby Mulder until next week sometime. Seems Miss Ava wanted a little peace and quiet. [“I’ll be peace!” from one of the great movies of all time, What About Bob] We loaded up the car, the kid, the dog, and the camera and head 45 mintues North to see the newest girl in the family and then stayed to spend Easter in the hospital with them. Oh, how we love our new little girl. Rylie wanted to eat her.
Dude. Someone out there needs to get their family goin’ on some boys. We Mulders are overpopulating Michigan with sweet angels up here. We’re up to 5, with a 6th on the way this June.
Pap, I bought the girls some Easter M&Ms on the way back from church (for we, too, are Easter people- beautiful post, Cara)…we kinda missed out on the whole basket and dying eggs thing this year. Next time.
