Our power is still out and looks to be for a while yet… and so the story I have planned will have to wait until battery power is not a luxury. Instead, I give you a child and a song. And, really, what more could any of us possibly need this week?
Merry Christmas, Friends.
May your hearts be full of the wonder that is Christ coming to earth.
O holy night! The stars are brightly shining,
It is the night of our dear Saviour’s birth.
Long lay the world in sin and error pining,
‘Til He appear’d and the soul felt its worth.
A thrill of hope the weary world rejoices,
For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn.
Fall on your knees! O hear the angel voices!
O night divine, O night when Christ was born;
O night divine, O night, O night Divine.
